Just 2 Changes for Turks

The two underperforming Welsh regions meet up at the Arms Park tonight as the Cardiff Blues take on Llanelli Scarlets. The Blues have lost BOTH their league matches, while the Turks lost at home to Edinbough but beat Borders away.

The match has traditionally shown the two BEST Welsh clubs, be it in League or cup matches, but tonights is of equal importance.

Dai and his squad badly need a confidence booster following 2 dismal displays and no wins. A second home defeat in a week would not be tollerated by fans of the club, and attendence figures would begin to drop already. But Dai is confident about Wednesdays match.

"Llanelli Scarlets will bring a rivalry which you don't have playing the Irish or the Scottish,"

He also pointed out that if the kind of mistakes made against Ulster occur again, we will be facing the prospect of no wins from 3.

"We need to keep the ball better in contact, if we're going to build any pressure at all on teams."

He's made just two changes, both in the pack. Ben evens comes in for Martyn Jones while Deiniol Jones replaces Craig Quinnell.
