News updates for the Anglo-Welsh Cup draw, and the 06-08 shirt gets more information released.

Firstly, all the groups stay the same, with ours being the capital pool of the Cardiff Blues, London Irish, London Wasps and London-based Saracens. Dai this year hs the luxuary of two home games, the Wasps and the Irish.

Last year, the Blues lost both their away matches, but produced a tremendous performance against Saracens in the opening fixture, scoring 5 tries in the making.

Meanwhile, the new kit will be available for purchase as of the 16th July, with pre-orders being made from Monday 2nd onwads.

The first pictures can be found in todays Wales on Sunday, and there's 10 chances to win a kit of your own!
