Wales Draw Wallabies

Wales have been draw in the same group as twice champions Australia, at the draw for the 2007 World cup, this lunch time in Dublin.
The last World cup game between the two countries in 1999, saw the eventual champions come away with a 24-9 win in controversial circumstances, with Kiwi referee Colin Hawkes no doubt contributing with a shocking display.
At the old Arms Park, in another victories campaign for the Aussies, saw them outclass a then Alun Davies coached Wales outfit 38-3. But they haven't had it all their way, in 1987 in Brisbane Wales took the spoils 24-22, thanks to a last minute Adrian Hadley try.
Also making up Pool B is the Pacific's second seeded country along with Asia's first seed expected to be Japan and the Americas second seeded qualifier probably Canada or the USA.
Elsewhere, hosts France are placed with Ireland, South Africa face defending champions and media darlings England as poor old Scotland welcome New Zealand. Other news from todays draw, will see the Millennium stadium also hosting one of the quarter finals.
