Wales have confirmed they will play their two lesser Autumn internationals on Friday nights, as part of a deal with the BBC to make up for the reduction of games broadcast next season, due to the Warriors demise.
Friday rugby has never really caught on in Wales, only big European games have managed to attract significant crowds, yet the WRU believe that they will be able to fill a good percentage of the Millennium stadium when the rugby minnows of both Romania and Japan come to town.
A 7 o'clock kick off essentially rules out anyone who finishes work at five from outside Cardiff, due to the inevitable heavy traffic entering and leaving the capital during rush hour.
There must be a great belief that Wales can enter the period in fine form, or they will face a similar prospect to the 11,000 crowd which turned up at Bristol on Wednesday night.
Wales's ever so slightly more mouth watering internationals with South Africa and New Zealand have been confirmed as Saturdays with 2.45pm and 5.30pm kick offs respectively.
