Wales have been dealt a further injury blow this afternoon, with Michael Owen being ruled out through back spasms, which have been dogging the number eight all week.

Owen has been in outstanding form in all his Welsh appearances since returning from injury during the Six Nations, the absence of one of our most consistent performers will no doubt add further weight to any fears that Wales will be torn to shreds in Durban tomorrow.
Popham's inclusion is not necessary bad news though, The Leeds Tykes based player is an out and out number eight, who indecently last started in Welsh colours against New Zealand in "that" match during the World cup. The rest of the team remains unchanged, with Jonathan Thomas who many thought would take Owens' spot, remaining as a substitute.
Wales: G Henson; H Luscombe, S Parker, T Shanklin, S Williams; N Robinson, D Peel; G Jenkins, M Davies, Adam Jones, Deiniol Jones, G Llewellyn, Dafydd Jones, C Charvis (capt), A Popham. Replacements: H Bennett, D Morris, J Thomas, M Phillips, C Sweeney, R Williams.
