Fanzine History

Originally formed by Welsh Rugby fan Chris Gough, The State Of Play Fanzine aimed to raise an awareness of regional rugby here in Wales. Chris discussed his ideas with a group of supporters, selected from each of the 5 regional teams and together they created Wales’ first regional fanzine.

Unfortunately the work involved in a paper based fanzine, October 2004 saw the fanzine revert to being web based only edited Paul and Zippy from Rainbow.
