North Wales -

After the news of profits comes this bombshell, no North Wales side will be able to progress past Division 4 North, it comes as a blow to aspiring N Wales sides and another kick in the teeth from the union which has done next to nothing, it makes me want to tear my hair out.

Ospreys -

Announced a £300k sponsorship deal with NPower, the total shirt sponsorship is now £420k, an impressive sum, the only problem now is selling that hideous shirt!

Dragons -

New coach Paul Turner has slammed the clubs training facilities which have not improved since he played for the club 10yrs ago, Jason "Fozzy" Forster retains the captains armband.

Llanelli -

Signed some more foreign players and drew some nice plans for a stadium.

Blues -

Signed Andy Powell and have been keeping a relatively low profile.

Celtic League -

The regions will be without their Lions and Wales players till October, great start for the league!?!
