ANDY FARRELL is back in an England kit and ready to bring on the next generation of internationals - starting with Sunday's match between the Saxons and Ireland A.
The Saracens skills and backs coach, who retired from playing at the end of last season, will take charge of his first match as Saxons assistant coach at the Recreation Ground (2pm).
And he told this week's RFU Podcast: "It feels great to be back, familiar surroundings in Bath - we trained here before the 2007 World Cup and stayed at the same hotel.
"Rugby is about meeting new people and sharing different experiences. When you come together away from your clubs it's always nice to see how other people do things and make different friendships."
Ireland A beat England Saxons 49-22 in the Churchill Cup final in Denver last June and Farrell said: "I am sure our guys will be hungry for it. Anyone who pulls on an England shirt wants to do the jersey proud. The Ireland A game was a disappointment for them but it's a new squad although I'm sure Ireland will have a few changes in there as well."
