England A Team vs Canada at Thunderbird Stadium

Well will our Thunderbirds go as we have the A Team to do it! England that is, Jim Mallinder has announced the side that will front up against Canada on Saturday for the Churchill Cup.

Hugh Vyvyan(Newcastle Falcons) will captain the team. With so much choice of up and coming England talent Mallinder must have had a job on his hands during selection. He also had the seven players who jetted in from New Zealand on Tuesday night. They are to be rested and hopefully will play against USA.

England A Team: Scarbrough, Cueto, Waters , Paul, Christophers, Walder, Wood, Sheridan, Titterrell, Green, Brown, Codling, Anglesea, Hyde, Vyvyan (capt). Reps: Horak , Barkley, Walshe, Hatley, Cairns, Flatman, Jones.
