SEPTEMBER  IN REVIEW:

The beginning of September saw the England Elite squad take on France at Twickenham, this match was the last in the Investec Challenge Series and the last home game before the Rugby World Cup 30 man squad was announced.  England won comfortably. England 45 v France 14

We also had our very own Twickenham Honorary Steward (JJ), give us some excellent tips for when we visit the Home of Rugby.Twickenham Tips!

Clive Woodward announced the 30 Man Rugby World Squad - some shocks the biggest was Simon Shaw and Graham Rowntree being left out.  We thought Austin Healey might not go because of his recent return from injury - time just was not on his side to get back to full international fitness.

All in all, a very busy month again! Lots going on and the build up to the Rugby World Cup at the latter half of September became very intense.
