If we can get this curse of penalties sorted we are capable of beating anyone in the league!!!

Pirates need to put in a polished performance this weekend. Start each game from here on in as 4 points first then go for the extras. DISCIPLINE I am sure the coaches will be driving this in to the team but reiterate we give far to many penalties away.

Looks a strong selection and some real class on the bench. Let's hope the boys can really put it together and show everyone what they're capable of. Oh- and keep the penalty count down!

Pirates need to start getting some bonus points it makes a big difference look at the teams above the Pirates in league only because of receiving losing bonus points.

There you go, penalty count right down and 5 pts in the bag. LS not the best of sides really but 32-0 says it all really..

Pirates 32 London Scottish 0
Great to get a bonus point win but Scottish were a poor side making numerous unforced errors which prevented them from putting the pirates under any sustained pressure.
Our defence was good and the penalty count much better but still plenty to work on before we return to league action against Ealing in December.

Scottish were worthy opponents - if they keep the same team from Quins & gel, they will surprise someone.
They put a few past Ealing last week (21), so today's performance by the boys to Nil them deserves applause.

Bit harsh that P15. They had some very good players, especially in the back row and back three - as Geoff says it was a good effort to nil them.

Two seasons on the bounce that we have shut them out at home.
That must be a record against the same opposition?
