Warrington Wolves v Leeds Rhinos
Sunday 15th April 2007, 15:00
The Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington
Injury hit Warrington Wolves welcome Leeds Rhinos to The Halliwell Jones Stadium for round 10 in the Super League XII. Like Warrington, Leeds come into the clash on the back of a mixed Easter campaign. The Rhinos beat Bradford Bulls 18-14 at Odsal but fell short at home to Wigan by 18-20. In the Wolves defeat to Huddersfield, Warrington did have the better amount of possesion and territory and even had 4 clear chances to get over the Giants line but the final pass let them down. Paul Cullen will no doubt be telling his players that they cant afford to do that against the Rhinos on Sunday.
Due to the amount of injuries at the Wolves, yet again it will be a patched up Warrington side. However, Ben Westwood will be back for the Wolves following his 2 match suspension and will be a welcome boost for the wounded forwards
