Pre-season Friendly - Swansea v Albion

Life starts to return to normal with the squad well into their training programme.We look forward to the first friendly fixture against Swansea.

Swansea play in the Super Rygbi Cymru - the second level of rugby in Wales - and are affiliated to the regional side of Ospreys, along with Aberavon and Bridgend Ravens. Last year they finished 6th place with 9 leagues in the league, qualifying for a bye in the play-offs, but failed to progress. In the Challenge Cup they came bottom of their pool achieving just one win.
