After a weeks break due to the Carnegie Challenge Cup Quarter Finals, we should be refreshed and ready to take on Huddersfield Giants at the home of the on form team in the Super League. Huddersfield exited the CC today as well as Hull FC. With the Rhinos not in action, we bring you a brief overview of the weekends events.

Results this weekend in the CC:

Bradford 52-20 Huddersfield

Hull 23-26 Catalans Dragons

St Helens 25-14 Warrington

Wigan 25 - 6 Harlequins RL

That means that the four teams to make it to the semis are; Bradford, Catalans, Saints & Wigan.

So next week we travel over to Huddersfield to play the Giants in the engage Super League. With a predicted nearly full strength team and a weeks rest, we predict the score to be Huddersfield 20 – 34 Leeds.

It’s also good news for Nick Scruton after he participated in the senior academy game early this afternoon which saw Wigan Warriors stay at the top of the table with the final score being Rhinos 20 – 37 Warriors.

We will bring you the full squads on Wednesday and then the full match report with the 18 man squads on Friday. For tickets and information on that game visit the clubs official website on www.leedsrugby.com
