Astounded to see Daff in the starting 15 after the 80-minute shifts and amount of tackles he put in for Wales. He must be battered. Formidable team, I think we're going to win this one convincingly.

Strong XV this week, think we need to see a lot more from Rigg this week. If he's off his game Ma'asi-White will go over, round and through him. The back row battle could be a fairly even contest too. Will be interesting to see how JV goes against us.
Is but it's gonna be close. 26-22.

Basically a must win game if we have any hope of top 4. Both sides missing a number of front line players, obviously Roots absence is a massive blow for us and our back row looks light. Agree Daf has put in a massive shift for Wales but we just don’t have any options in the second row, we are so short of quality in that position. Dweba omission is strange and assume Josh O-S is another injury absence.
Chiefs 38 Sale 32 but could easily go the other way as our bench looks thin on game changers.

Dweba was one (of many) that was not up for last week’s game, but probably needed more practice. Didn’t look as fit as normal so may have easily picked up a knock.
No surprise Daff is playing. Never got subbed at Uni; rarely subbed by Rob. Terrific engine there; back to his very best.
Please don’t get carded!!

A win is certainly not a given but I think that home advantage may just be enough.
Im disappointed that Wimbush isn't playing because long term, ( or at least over the next two or three seasons) I think his partnership is the one that I want to used most.
As others have said we will miss Ethan in the back row.
Im going for Chiefs 29 Sale 25

Two relatively even starting 15s and two inexperienced benches. Unlike Bath's bench tonight.
Already beating a depleted sarries they then unleashed a bench full of internationals and the score got embarrassing. Away from their few old stalwarts and Wills sarries look a very ordinary side. A big big rebuild needed for them.
Back to our game! We'll obviously miss Ethan for the next six weeks, he gives us physicality that no one else does. Good to see Hooper back. Need a big game from Rigg. I think home advantage should see us through. Sale have not been playing well and with confidence low a fast start from us could make the game more comfortable.
Chiefs 33 Sale 19

Seems like Wales should have given him some rest and sub him at times, like Italy did with Zambo
