Cru offering cut-price four match tickets

The Celtic Crusaders have launched a clever ticketing initiative to try and combat dwindling crowds at the Brewery Field. The 'Try 4 ticket' scheme gives supporters the chance to choose any four games from our remaining seven home fixtures for the knock-down price of £48.
Cru have seven home games left - against Wigan, Hull KR, Warrington, Salford, Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield - and fans can choose to purchase advance tickets to any four of those games for the cut price of £48. That price provides fans with a saving of up to £24 if you attend games in the seating areas of the ground; and £8 on terrace prices.
For juniors, the ticket is priced at only £12 - - potentially slashing match-day prices in half.
In all honesty, this deal will probably appeal most to regular match attendees who don't have season tickets; rather than new or very casual supporters.
However, it's good to see the club trying something new in the face of dwindling Super League gates at the Brewery Field. Only 2,089 watched the hefty 50-6 home defeat against the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats last weekend.

Whilst the discount will save me some cash I have to say it smacks of desperation and in all probability will reduce the 'take' from the committed fans and not do much for the casuals who might be loathe to commit to 4 games.
It can't be bad - bring a friend - please.
