Forthcoming fixtures

Next up for Rugby League fans in Wales are the autumn internationals with an away fixture v France on 20th October followed by a mouth watering clash v England at the Racecourse on 27th October.
The Glyndŵr University Racecourse Stadium will host the hotly anticipated clash between Wales and England on Saturday 27th October.

Getting thumped by England is as "mouth watering" as a cold Big Mac!
I'm all for "bigging up" the games but struggle to see Wales v Eng in the same light. France is perhaps a better test of where the national side is right now.

You're a cheery old soul upn lol last time out england didn't give us a thumping and that was on their turf and frankly the England team aren't all . It is highly unlikely we will win, but if they don't show us respect then an upset can happen.

Its not really about the result though v England, is it? its about competing at the top end of the game and getting the best side we can together for the World Cup and seeing our boys make the English work for it.I just want to see a good Welsh National RL side playing regularly like the RU side does.
A result over in France is what the team should be targeting, a full strength Welsh side v a few Catalans and Elite 1 players should be very close.

Good points and well made Robyn. Any Wales v England fixture is worth attending, come to think of it some Wales v Scotland games aren't too bad either! ( Sorry for mentioning football on here!!)
