The fixtures for Championship One are out on Monday and we will then now when we are playing the other teams in our division. An early new signing for the coming season is Ollie Olds who has previously played for Leeds Rhinos' junior sides and York City Knights as well as being a Welsh International. 

"I'm looking forward to it," Ollie said about signing for the South Wales Scorpions and returning to his home area. "It's a good opportunity for me to play a strong level of Rugby League in my own area. I've high expectations and hopefully we'll get promotion to the Championship. I know Scorpions have the connections with Wigan and Iestyn Harris so hopefully he'll be looking at our performances throughout the year. So if I can impress and help the Scorpions to do well, I hope to be back in the Wales squad for the World Cup at the end of the season."
