2013 - Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone and as the dust settles on the festivities we can all now look forward to the coming season which begins with an exciting clash against a Wigan X111 on Sunday 27th January at the Gnoll, kick off is at 2pm. This friendly fixture promises to be a competitive match and an excellent warm up game for the Scorpions.

There are a host of ticket deals available for the coming season many of which include this match. The fully competitive season kicks off with the home match against the London Skolars in the Northern Rail Cup which is a 3pm kick off at the Gnoll.

It promises to be an exceiting year culminating in the 2013 Rugby League World Cup - best wishes to all.

The season is rapidly approaching and the RL news will soon start to become more relevant as the cobwebs are blown away...

Isn't £12 for a friendly against a Wigan select side a bit on the expensive side, surely a lower price to entice everyone into giving it a go would have been better?
