The South Wales Scorpions are at home again on Sunday and welcome Hemel Stags to the Gnoll. After two consecutive home defeats the Welsh outfit have a chance to put things right on Sunday and get their season back on track. This is the third home game in a series of four and a win is vital if any hope of reaching the play offs is to be maintained.
The two sides have met twice this season both games being up at Hemel and one victory to each is in the record books although the most recent game was a heavy defeat for South Wales.
The home fans have only seen one victory this season and a win would boost everyone's spirits and the team's confidence.
Coach Dave Clark said after the defeat last weekend - “We just weren’t good enough and lacked enthusiasm, drive and self-belief. That’s something I’m going to have to get out of them over the next week before we play Hemel at The Gnoll next Sunday which is another massive game for us. “We’re off the horse at the moment and we need to get back on it. We’ve got to lift our spirits and have a drive in our team to get something out of the season...."
