Not sure where everyone is? This time last year ahead of the move to Maesteg combined with the possibility of not having a club and all the related rumours this message board was a very busy and exciting place.

Twelve months on we seem to have lost more fans than we have gained, regular posters have disappeared and some just do not express opinions anymore.

There is plenty of room at this inn!

Best wishes to all.

Roger

Fans have simply got fed up as far as I can see.

We went backwards at Neath, moved to Maesteg where we are told our future lies and we would be stronger due to the academy being in the same location and the support of the local school. If anything crowds dropped further.

We are then moved to Mountain Ash with no consultation with fans and with little explanation for moving. Sorry but regular training facilities is the least that should be expected of a semi pro club. We are now based at a ground without anywhere for fans to gather before or after the game. Good luck with creating a good experience for fans with that set up.

Many have dropped off because they're tired of the club not engaging with fans and making decisions that do not seem to make sense. We have failed to learn from our mistakes from year one and are still making the same mistakes. We are still last with merchandise, we still have open trials to try to get a squad together, we still seem to be getting bypassed by new clubs that come into the fold. We were told this season that it would be better as they can prepare that much earlier. We'll have to wait and see.

Cardiff City RL have designed a home and away kit, held several training sessions at Cardiff Arms Park and announced a few sponsors. This shows it can be done but for some reason we always seem to have reasons why we haven't.

Can you really blame fans that have dropped off? It looks amateurish most of the time to say the least.

I'm willing to give the club, as it is now going forward the benefit of the doubt and support the lads for 80 minutes when I can.

Let's hope we see an improvement and get fans back on board that love RL but have been lost for one reason or other.
