After two away games of contrasting types, the Raiders now have two consecutive home games as they search for the first elusive result of the season. First up is Hunslet on Saturday 4th August and then high flying York City Knights on Saturday 11th August. The earlier away fixtures against the visitors resulted in 86-0 and 144-0 defeats. Hopefully scores like this will not be repeated. The recent defeats at Coventry Bears and Hemel Stags resulted in very contrasting post match comments; it is a very tough division and a very tough sport. Nobody will give an inch and no team wants to be the first to not beat the Raiders.
Home games are at the moment played on Saturday afternoons, some later in the season may revert to the more traditional Sunday, so please check before travelling. Howver the next two matches are on Saturday 4th and 11th and kick off for both is 3pm
The search continues, two home games coming up...

Hunslet are having a mixed season but are still in touching distance of the playoffs, while York are chasing the top spot and beat Bradford Bulls at Odsal recently.
