After a great start to 2023 Blues finally produced a lack lustre performance to go down 26-24 at Nottingham. Perhaps the lads don't like playing on a Sunday .

However they returned home with two points courtesy of tries from Day, Sylvester, Hendy and French. As a result Blues are still in 4th place and are 15 points ahead of Hartpury and just four behind third place Coventry.

Overtaking Cov would finish off a highly enjoyable and successful season. Table topping Trailfinders up next at Goldington Road on April Fool's Day - could be a cracker.
