As you can see there are some exciting pre-season fixtures below, with many clubs having a rest weekend before the start of the season on the 3rd October 2025.

Scottish losing to RP with a near full strength team out (halfbacks aside) is ominous

Blues have beaten Blackheath (home) and also Pirates (away) so far.
