The end is near. For Hugh Vyvyan and Jon Dunbar, it's their last appearance in a Falcons shirt, with Huge going off to Saracens, and JD to Leeds. For Rotherham, it's their last match in the Premiership for at least one season...

Falcons play their last match of the season at the Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield on Saturday, which is the temporary home of Rotherham Titans as they experiment with the first Zurich Premiership game to be played in Sheffield (kick off 3pm). For those travelling, here's the lowdown on the day. A full preview will follow later in the week.
