DW Tours - need to be quick: Bordeaux

After a solid workout against Parma we face Bordeaux in the next round of the Parker Pen Cup. The problem is there is a choice of weekend, and we won't find out until tomorrow (Tuesday). An then the problem is which day of the weekend will the match be?

The away trip to Bordeaux is either the weekend of December 7th/8th, or the following weekend of 14th/15th.

There are a few variables admittedly, but you should be able to know whether you are available for the trip.

The intention is to go out on the Friday and back on the Sunday of the relevant weekend. Because of flight times of either Buzz or BA it will involve taking Friday off work. The favoured option is BA from Gatwick to Bordeaux, believe it or not it is cheaper than Buzz from Stanstead! (And unlike Ciao, BA are unlikely to go bust!!)

Because of the timings things will have to be done quickly. When facts are known, as with normal DW arrangements, money will be required immediately. Those registered to go will be emailed where to transfer the money to. Needless to say work is going on feverishly to sort out a hotel and wine trip, we are going to Bordeaux after all!!!!
