It's AGM time again folks. This is the formal notice from the London Irish Supporters Club. If you cannot attend there is a proxy form linked from this article whereby you can nominate your representatives.

2002/2003 SEASON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Third Annual General Meeting of the London Irish Supporters’ Club will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 5th September 2002 at London Irish Rugby Football Club, The Avenue, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex.

AGENDA

To approve the Minutes of the AGM held on 6th September 2001

To receive the Chairman’s report

To consider and accept the accounts for the season

To elect Officers for the season 2002/2003

To elect additional committee members

To consider any other business

The Nomination form is to be returned to the Honorary Secretary by 22nd August 2002

The right to vote at the meeting will be limited to those who are paid up members of the Supporters’ Club

Mr Richard Sanderson, Chief Executive and Mr Conor O’Shea, Director of Rugby, London Irish RFC have kindly consented to address the meeting.

If you wish to vote by proxy please use the following form. Proxies must be submitted by 22nd August.
