London Irish RFC held it's annual pre-season press conference today. The Craic had a man on the spot, he will file a full report as soon as he gets back to his desk. In the meantime, wanting to be first with the news, these are the highlights.

London Irish RFC held it's annual pre-season press conference today. The Craic had a man on the spot, he will file a full report as soon as he gets back to his desk. In the meantime, wanting to be first with the news, these are the highlights. I'll leave it for you to decide if this is actually news or just confirmation of something you heard at Henley/Bracknell or on the grapevine.

 - New badge. If you don't already know what it looks like check out the official site. 

- New Shirt Sponsor. None signed up yet, or likely to be before the start of the season. The club are expecting to have things settled before the Toulouse 

- New Website. The 'Offy' site has been completely revamped. It can still be found at the URL http://www.london-irish.com. It also has a messageboard.... and then there were three.

- Season Tickets. Over three thousand sold, club is expecting to reach 3.5K.

- Gates. LI are budgeting for an average gate of nine thousand next season.
