Once upon a time in the Kingdom of the Netherlands there lived a princess who had no idea about rugby, let alone London Irish. "Perhaps I should apply for a job in the ticket office?" She said, "I seem well qualified." Poor little thing had little idea what was about to happen to her.......

A strange Irishman had said to her 'You should come to meet me and my friends." With a heavy sigh Dutch Bird said, "I have no interest in any sport, let alone that barbaric ritual you call rugby. But to humour you I'll come along."

Thus is how ALL new London Irish supporters are born. Since last lear this poor, besotted, woman has become hooked.

The moral of this story is...

We've all had a first time. Even meeting the Queens at home. Whatever the result, we've all come out the other end smiling.
