Details of the Coach Travel to Newport

Even before we have played our first HC game in Toulouse we find ourselves having to plan our travel to Newport in December. Herewith the details.

LIRFC v NEWPORT
Heineken Cup Match
Saturday 7th December, KO 2:30pm

This game has been confirmed and will be played at Newport on the above date. We anticipate a great crowd for this game and need to know our coach requirements asap. Plans at the moment are for coaches from Sunbury and Reading and timings are as follows :

Depart Sunbury 10:30am
Depart Reading (The Swan) 11:00am (also picking up at Membury Service Area)
All coaches will return at 6.00pm

Fare : LISC Members £16.00 pp
Non Members £19.00 pp

Match Tickets : we have initially ordered 200, prices not yet known but will be advised shortly (price is now advised as £12.00 each).
