Last week we recorded a decisive win against Leicester Tigers. In that game we took the initiative in the closing stages in the game something we failed to do in our last game against Gloucester.

We should be building on our performance in the first 65 minutes three weeks ago and maintaining the momentum throughout the game as we did last week. In doing so we could secure our first victory at Kingsholm since our 10-9 victory on 9th October 1993. Ewe could also break Gloucester’s run of 15 successive wins in  the Premiership and Championship on their home soil.

Talking about the Kingsholm soil it is two years since the same substance put paid to Conor O’Shea’s playing career.
