SURREY COUNTY RFU
PATRONS ANNUAL DINNER, WEDNESDAY 22nd January 2003

I am pleased to inform you that this Season's Dinner will be held in the Rose Room, (South Stand) Twickenham. In order to avoid disappointment, this function proving very popular over the past years would you please book early. All patrons and their guests, including Ladies are most welcome. Reception drinks will be in the same room.(6.30pm-7.30pm)

The Dinner as in the past remains informal, however there is of course a dress code which is lounge suits or blazers. Our principal speakers will be Conor O'Shea, (London Irish) and Mark Evans, (Harlequins) each of whom will be given a donation to their selected Charities. (Motor Neurone Disease, Jarrod Cunningham Fund, and Whizz Kids. Remaining funds will be donated to the Surrey Charitable Trust.

Please complete the application form below, and this year please forward your cheques and full list of guests no later than the 17th January 2003. ALL requests for seats and dinner MUST be accompanied by cheques or postal orders, made payable to SURREY COUNTY RFU Ltd. Please be informed that I will not accept promises to the future. Cancellations after the 19th January 2003, will not be subject to any refund, without good cause.
