Quins face Ulster on Saturday knowing that a win will seal qualification for the last 16 of the Investec European Championship Cup with two games still to play.

The 54-15 demolition of Cardiff at the Arms Park was more than any Quins supporter coud have hoped for and puts the team in 3rd place in Pool 2 with 10 points with just the Ulster game to go.  Ulster are fourrth but only have 5 points and will be desperate for a win.

On his 150th appearance Marcus Smith's try and boot scored 19 points, with Jack Walker, Andre Esterhuizen, Will Evans, Oscar Beard, Fin Baxter, Tyrone Green and Dillon Lewis all crossing as Quins ran riot in front of a packed stadium.

Coach Danny Wilson was the man charged with talking to the media and he said: "What was pleasing was we showed we can play different ways. The high-speed attractive rugby with the X-factor players we have got is associated with Quins.

"But we can also go to a strangle game with a set-piece dominance. More than 50 points is a good nights work.
