April 1 2003
The U21s continued their winning sequence with a 41-31 win over a resilient Rotherham team. With their three U21 internationals missing (Tom Williams, Henry Barratt and Tom MacCormick) and several other stars on the bench, the 21s started slowly and went 7-5 down early.
A Quins try was was answered by two penalties and the score at half time was 10-13. Another penalty took Rotherham to 16-10 before Quins upped their game and tore the Rotherham defence to shreds time and again. Tries went in from all angles as they opened up a 34-16 lead before the team relaxed allowing Rotherham to stage a comeback in the last few minutes.
Final score 40-31
That makes it five in a row for the 21s. Next week Worcester at Aldershot.
