BREAKING NEWS: 11 years after their triumph in 2000, Northampton Saints are back in the Heineken Cup Final!

HEINEKEN CUP SEMI-FINAL

NORTHAMPTON SAINTS 23 – 7 PERPIGNAN

 

First half tries from Ben Foden and Jon Clarke together with a match total 13 points from Stephen Myler‘s boot helped propel Northampton Saints into the final of the 2010/11 Heineken Cup this afternoon. In a professional performance, Saints restricted Perpignan to a solitary converted Guirado try.

Saints will now face Leinster in the final in Cardiff on 21st May.
