First game away to The Munsters!
Well, might as well start easy and build up from there

Good to get the final game against Munster at home rather than on the Road. This is the first time in a long time that Munster have not finished at home.

Hmmm, with limited days off available during the forthcoming season, I might have to miss my first home European game for several seasons - a Friday night game isn't too easy from Bristol.

What price 'winner takes all' at FG on the January 20/21/22 weekend then?!

What price that game is moved to MK to cash in on it?
I suspect it would be hard for the commercial side to turn down the opportunity.

Quick question: will the Scarlets bother to turn up in R3 v Munster as they'll be out of it by then anyway?!

Quality, Munster first up and a trip to Limerick. The final round could be very dramatic with them coming over. I remember Barwell saying they were urged by Munster and ERC to move the game away from FG last time for bigger attendance and extra cash.
He refused.

And so should it be refused again.

Hotels on Limerick and Toulouse (if you want to avoid the 'excitementc of weekend Castres) are filling fast already.

Thought we'd open and close the campaign with Munster, but surprised and very pleased we finish up at home. As for the venue for that game it should (and I'm sure it will be) down to Jim. If the players and management feel comfortable playing at MK, then I'm happy with that.

Is it just me? I'm seeing the posts on this thread in reverse of the normal order i.e. latest at the top, instead of oldest. For some fo the comments to make sense you have to scroll to the bottom and work your way up.
P.S. If my opinion counts for anything I'd like to see our Munster home game at FG.

As ChrisG said above, hotels in Limerick are filling fast and rates are on the up. I just got a room at the 4th hotel I tried.
if you intend going to the Munster Match, I wouldn't hang about.

Don't leave Toulouse late either if that's your option for Castre, there is obviously something else on in the city that weekend as some of the main hotels only have a handful of rooms as of now.

Toulouse are away to Quins that weekend, so it's not them.

Re the Castres trip - any tips on the best way to get from Toulouse to Castres on the day?

We've opted to stay in Toulouse, mainly because of that brilliant Christmas market they have at that time of year.
