The directors of the company hereby invite you to subscribe for shares in COYSDC Limited. The share capital is made up of ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each and all shares will be issued at par value. Please note that the minimum number of shares you can apply for is 10 but there is no upper limit.

The closing date for applications is Friday 31 October 2003. Cheques will not be banked prior to this date. Share certificates will be sent out in November 2003, within two weeks of the clearance of the funds remitted.
