Saints supporters prefer Perpignan party.

In an online poll the majority of Saints supporters who voted opted for a trip to Catalonia next season to play Perpignan in the Heineken European Cup, it may however just be wishful thinking.

USAP, who play Stade Francais for the French Championship on Saturday polled over a quarter of the votes holding off Biarritz a favourite haunt for Saints having played their twice in the last four years.

Suprisingly Toulouse were edged for third by Bourgoin while Castres and Stade Francais were the also rans.

However in the great scheme of things with Saints being English third seeds, and going on previous seasons draws, Toulouse are the front runners at the moment for the Gold Black n Green army.

Things however may change. Groups are announced next week, fixtures in August.
