A trip to Jersey is always a tonic so let's hope it proves the trick for the Blues ..

As well a being a couple of  degrees warmer it also provides a good team bonding exercise - bit of a busman's holiday really.

Hooker Nathan Vella comes in for his first start with Michael Le Bourgeois and Harry Wells recovered from injury while Dean Adamson also starts.

Jersey have won two out five so far with a 29-18 win on the road (or plane in their case) last week at Moseley.

They have chosen Joel Dudley in place of Jack Moates at scrum half, and in the pack flanker (and captain) Alex Rae and second row Nick Campbell return after injury.
