We are safely into the quarter finals after a very solid show against old foes Nottingham

The 32-15 win was as comfy as it sounds with two tries for Dean Adamson and one each for Ed Taylor and George Edgson.

Will Hooley slotted 12 points in all.

So the progress continues and we will get a better idea of where we stand this season when we travel to Ashton Gate next week to face Bristol
