Season Ends
500th Game

Mike Rayer is in charge of the Blues for the 500th time as the Championship season comes to what very much feels like a premature end at Scottish kick off 2.30 . It has been a remarkable tenure and credit to him and those who have had the sense not to chop and change.
Mike and his men are chasing 5th place. Commendable in a season where, to be honest, we are all just pleased to see crowds and rugby back.
The game has changed dramatically since that first game - more professional than traditional club. The Blues team which runs out at Scottish will be, in a sense, more of a club side as the Saints' contingent have been recalled en masse.
That will also include Luke Frost who is being given a chance to shine and will start against Sarries.
So Mike will make six changes for his big game. James Little makes a first start at centre, Will Maisey also starts after his injury problems and Alex Day will be at scrum half.
Up front Osman Dimen will be at tighthead and Oli Stedman and Bailey Ransom return in the back row.
Blues: 15. Matt Worley, 14. Pat Tapley, 13. Jamie Elliott, 12. James Little, 11. Dean Adamson, 10. Will Maisey, 9. Alex Day; 1. Joey Conway, 2. Jacob Fields, 3. Osman Dimen, 4. Jordan Onojaife, 5. Alex Woolford, 6. Bailey Ransom, 7. Joe Atkinson (C), 8. Oli Stedman
Reps: 16. Will Biggs, 17. Josh Pieterse, 18. Corrie Barrett, 19. Robin Williams, 20. Tui Uru, 21. Jack Hughes, 22. Louis Grimoldby, 23. Andre Robson
