Wingers wing in to Coventry Rugby.

Coventry Rugby are pleased to announce the signings of two more players ,wingers Reuben Haile and Aaron Takarangi.

Reuben Haile is a 6ft 2in winger and outside centre, aged 20. He went to school at St. Peters High School, Gloucester. Last season he was at Gloucester Academy and has recently been on trial with Leeds Rhinos RL side.

 

Preferring Rugby union, Reuben has jumped at the chance to start on the road of a professional rugby career, here at Coventry. He is enjoying his time here in Coventry and he looks forward to helping Coventry  in their future success.

Aaron Takarangi is aged 36; an experienced winger has previously been with Phil Maynard at Bees and has had one spell here at Coventry, before going on to Nuneaton for 3 seasons.  Aaron has been training with Coventry pre- season getting his fitness back after injury. He has just gone to Kenilworth to gain match fitness and scored a try on his debut last weekend.

sorry it has to be said takarangi was hopeless in his previous spell with coventry, this is not improving the squad

Perhaps he's like a fine wine....can't compalin about any of the signings so far?

Maybe lets see him play?
