He sounds promising. The questions is, will he be able to command a first team place. The one thing that's certain is that we forfeited a shed load of points last season without an established kicker.
Welcome Mark. All we ask is that you're given the opportunity and that you get the ball between the posts.
Another youngster (good thing).
89 percent (good thing).
Can he tackle? (would be a very good thing ).
I reckon (without any reference to facts, nous, knowledge, stats or even common sense) that should put us up about three to four places compared to last season's kickers' performances. Top four now beckons?
I'll take that!
as marks dad really glad to find the unofficial site as the real site did not mention him and was stating to worry about you, but glad he is getting a chance he is a great kicker is loving his training so far and i am looking forward to flying over to coventryto watch him win games for you all
Hi Marks dad and welcome, you'll find this is the real cov rugby site, does get a bit heated at times but good fun and informative most of the time, would be great to see you over here, sure you'll get a very warm welcome

' COME ON COV '
To irishrugbydad. Hipflask doesn't really look like that. He puts on a clean vest for a game. Welcome to you and your son. I'm sure you will get a real Coventry welcome.
Irishrugbydad, Mark is more than welcome to Coventry Rugby Club, look forward to seeing him play this season.
Lets hope he kicks plenty of points for us
GOOD LUCK MARK AND WELOME TO COVENTRY!
COME ON COV!!!!!!
Mark O'Connor did well, scored 1 try and kicked a couple of conversions. Looks a very good goalkicker - very solid and repeatable technique. Joine in the line too.
