Hook At Full Back

James Hook wears the Cherry and White 15 shirt  for the first time as we look to clinch the leadership of the pool with the visit of second placed Oyonnax.

We are already 7 points clear so there's little risk in making wholesale changes to the starting line-up.

However, there are only half a dozen changes which see Billy Burns starting at fly half. The other first timers  are Mark Atkinson and David Halaifonua with changes in the pack seeing Yann Thomas  and Gareth Evans replacing injury duo Nick Wood and  Ben Morgan.

Richard Hibbard and James Hudson replace Darren Dawidiuk and Elliott Stooke respectively.

Oyonnax provided stubborn resistance on their own patch [we won 25-15) but given our recent form we start as odds-on favourites to wn the group and move on to the knock out stages.

Gloucs: James Hook; David Halaifonua, Mark Atkinson, Billy Twelvetrees (captain), Jonny May; Billy Burns, Greig Laidlaw; Yann Thomas, Richard Hibbard, John Afoa; Tom Savage, James Hudson; Sione Kalamafoni, Matt Kvesic, Gareth Evans

Reps: Darren Dawidiuk, Dan Murphy, Shaun Knight, Elliott Stooke, Ross Moriarty, Dan Robson, Bill Meakes, Steve McColl
